Delivery
- £7.95 delivery per order, including insurance (excl. vat) under £60
- £9.95 delivery per order, including insurance (excl. vat) under £100
- £14.95 delivery per order, including insurance (excl. vat) under £150
- £19.95 delivery per order, including insurance (excl. vat) £150.00 and over
- Delivery will be arranged by 24-48hr courier.
- We will aim to have your order dispatched within 5 working days.
- Delivery quotes are for UK mainland only. Delivery to Northern Ireland will be arranged by a 3-5 day courier.
Returns & refunds
Our full returns and refunds policy is included within our Terms and Conditions, but here is a summary of the main points to be aware of…
- Due to the bespoke nature of individually cut-to- measure liners, we only accept returns and offer a refund or replacement if the item is faulty (i.e. the liner is defective or we have cut the liner to the wrong size).
- If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order you will have 60 minutes from the point of order in which to do this, by phoning our office on 01297 553094. Due to the customised nature of orders, no orders will cancellable after this point. See also points 38 and 39 of our Terms and Conditions.
- Please ensure that the measurements you provide when ordering bespoke-cut liners are accurate as we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect measurements.
- If you wish to return a faulty item, please inform us within 4 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be unused and we will arrange collection of faulty goods within 14 days.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us being informed.
- This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
